Custom-made outfits are tailored based on your preferred style, measurements, and fabric choice.
Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
We offer free adjustments within 72 hours of delivery, but no refunds for custom items.
Ready-made items can be exchanged within 48–72 hours if unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Clearance or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Customers are encouraged to use our Measurement Guide or book a physical measurement session.
We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.

Once an item is dispatched, delivery delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.
Ready-to-wear orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if not yet dispatched.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once fabric has been cut or work has started.
Custom-made items: No refunds.
Ready-made items: Refund only if the item delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days.
